QUALITY? GUARANTEED! For more than 20 years, we at Defko have been working within a certified quality assurance system. Currently, this is audited according to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards. Our production value with international QS standards creates competitive production and ensures quality as well as success for our customers.
- Development and innovation
Technical possibilities are also constantly evolving in our field of activity. How can we stay one step ahead of technical developments for the benefit of our customers? By driving them forwards ourselves! Our own powder mixtures are created at our own laboratory and in cooperation with universities and powder metallurgical institutes, for example. Through them, the properties of the sinter parts are optimised to the requirements depending on the application.
- Construction, tool and special purpose machinery manufacture
Every sinter part is made to measure. After all, for each project we produce all the moulds as well as our tools in-house. The individual approach to the project therefore already starts at the planning stage. And: If we encounter a particular challenge, we simply devise the solution ourselves. After all, we also produce new tools for ourselves internally if required, which also opens up new ways of production for us.

Do you need a particle no bigger than the head of a match? No problem! Your exceptional needs are our incentive. The Defko experts in our quality department ensure the highest production standards and guarantee maximum precision by using the latest mechanical and optical measuring equipment.
