Our materials
The strong basis of our high-precision sinter components is formed not only by DIN-based but also by a large number of powder mixtures developed in-house. This enables us to give the parts those properties that are optimally suited for the respective application.

Bronze parts
Bronze is most frequently used in our friction bearings. These are characterised by the highest precision and tightest tolerances, operate particularly quietly and with low wear, and have a very long service life.
Soft magnetic parts
Our soft magnetic parts manufactured by the sintering process are characterised by cost-efficient use in many applications, such as electric motors, solenoid valves, sensors and magnetic switches. The electrical, magnetic and mechanical properties are tailored to the application.
Aluminium parts
A challenge that defko accepts gladly and with the highest commitment. Due to the material properties, tool construction and the sintering process management must harmonise optimally in order to produce perfect parts.
Iron-based parts
We produce our parts on an iron powder basis up to very high densities and strengths, also from stainless steel, in an optimal price-performance ratio.
